Privacy Policy
This policy explains what information Fulltem ("the site") handles and how you can control it.
1. Information we handle
- The site has no user accounts and does not ask you for personal details such as your name or phone number.
- If you email us at contact@fulltem.com, we use your email address and message only to reply and to fix errors.
- Our hosting provider may keep access logs (IP address, browser type, time of visit) for security and troubleshooting.
2. Analytics
We use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which does not use cookies or store information that identifies visitors. It only gives us aggregate numbers such as page views.
3. Service providers and international transfers
The site is hosted, and contact emails are forwarded, by Cloudflare, Inc. (United States). Access logs and the emails you send may be processed in countries where Cloudflare operates. See Cloudflare's privacy policy.
4. Retention
We delete contact emails one year after the matter is resolved, unless the law requires us to keep them longer.
5. Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete personal information we hold about you, or to stop processing it, by emailing contact@fulltem.com. Depending on where you live (for example the EEA, the UK or California), you may have additional rights under local law.
